We love simple designs. Not only are they often lighter and more durable than complex designs, they are often easier to adjust. This is why we think the PRO Vibe 7S Seatpost is sweet. One hex key is all you need to make the adjustment and secure the pieces of the clamp with equal pressure on both saddle rails.To us, the clamp is the show, but the seatpost itself is equally fine. The shaft is made of 7075-T6 aluminum, with the clamp sitting on a curved tongue that has been hollowed out underneath to trim any excess weight. 7000-series aluminum is the last stop before carbon-fiber, and the aluminum alloy is almost as amazing a material as carbon fiber. We often overlook it because it was the IT material before carbon arrived. For many, it still is the component material of choice.The PRO Vibe 7S Seatpost comes in Black or White and is available in two sizes -- 27.2 x 280mm and 31.6 x 280mm. It has 20mm of clamp offset and works with round seat rails be they steel, titanium, or carbon. Please Note: The clamp design will not work with oversize, oval shaped carbon rails.
